Job Purpose
Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates. In charge of planning,developing, and implementing effective and successful Talent Acquisition.
Principal Accountabilities
Strategic
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods and channels
• Implement hiring strategies that suit the various business needs
• Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure talent acquisition strategy is in line with the market
• Initiate and lead employment branding initiatives
• Find innovative solutions to meet the ever-changing business need with regards to talent acquisition
The team
• Advises and coaches recruiters in setting the sourcing strategy for challenging job profiles
• Providing guidance and support to the recruitment team in order to ensure we attract the best candidates
• Work with Business HR, recruitment and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
• Support recruiters in optimizing their sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

Training
• Train recruitment team and hiring managers on interviewing techniques to select the best candidates
• Puts continues improvement processes in place to ensure the hiring standards are maximized
• Develops and conducts workshops for the recruitment team and for line managers ensuring that all newly hired managers undergo training
Data
• Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
• Measure the output and quality of recruitment and work towards improvements
• Use metrics to create reports and share with the business
• Monitoring recruitment costs and make suggestions for improvements/efficiencies
External
• Develop relationships with universities to be able to attract fresh grad talent
• Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and together with procurement manage the procurement process.
• (Liaise with universities and develop, implement and maintain internship program)
Other
• In cooperation with business HR and line management determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Conduct sourcing, recruitment and selection processes for senior roles across the companies, negotiate salary with candidates and make offers as agreed by CHRO
• Ensure positive candidate experience by implementing right processes and procedures as well as fostering positive bahaviour of self and team (look for possibilities and not impossibilities)
• Conduct assessment centers and/or psychometrics
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects to completion; prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool
• Manage and improve the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
• Counsel senior candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
• Follow and understand governmental rules & regulations that impact the recruitment process and anticipate changes within the company
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Education/ Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or relevant field
Work Experience
• Proven experience of 10 years in recruitment (corporate and agencies) of which 5+ years as talent acquisition manager (corporate)
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Having worked in a multi company/Group structure and being able to handle different businesses with different needs
Knowledge
• In-depth understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Understand governmental rules that impact the recruitment and/or onboarding process
