Job Description:

• Responsible for the User experience design of a leading communication platform in the UAE

• You’ll partner closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges

• Build, standardize the uniformity and consistency of our products in user experience. You are responsible to formulate, maintain and update UX design guidelines

• You are able to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes

• You will work closely with UI designers and engineers to ensure the implementation of design on different platforms and the unity of product experience

• Constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether through hands-on user research, or by designing options for an A / B test

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in design related majors, more than 3 years experience in the internet or mobile internet design

• Had experience in mobile application user experience design over the years, and understand what it takes to create awesome, consumer-oriented experiences

• Familiar with the design principles of various platforms (iOS/Android/Web)

• Able to efficiently understand product and interaction design ideas, and keenly explore and improve the overall product experience from different perspectives

• Pay attention to details and understand how good details attributes to product and experience

• Interested in cutting-edge design exploration, strong self-driven, able to accurately express ideas with design effects

• Proficient in visual design software such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Zeplin, etc.

• Have good communication skills, can withstand strong work pressure, have team spirit, can understand problems from the perspective of users, discover deficiencies, and be good at summarizing
