Position
Responsibilities:
The
successful applicant is responsible for:
- Find a new
lead sales through client referrals and new lead business
- Sales
generation and retention of new client base.
- Selling
logistics services within the Clearing / Forwarding space including, Transport
and Warehousing
- Tender,
Proposal and Contract development
- Stakeholder
account and relationship management
- Aggressive
cold calling on the new client database.
- Prepare plan
of strategic selling
- Maintaining
client records
- Prepare
reports to keep the management informed the result of sales work plan and
monthly analysis
- Resolve any
issues related to internal and external sales process
- Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed
Essential
skills and experience:
Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following
competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Track record of freight forwarding, Clearing, warehousing,
contract logistics & 3/4 PL
- Warehousing Specialist
- Transportation Specialist
- Has experience from Global Logistic Company or lastge scale
of logistics company
- Knowledgeable of sales and marketing methods and principles
- Excellent in communication verbal & written
- Able to work comfortably in a fast faced environment
- Knowledgeable in contracts
- Interpersonal skills- confidently facing target clients
- Excellent in Negotiation and presentation skills
- Attention details and deadline driven
- Knowledgeable in logistic business and infrastructure
Qualifications Experience, Education, and Licensure
- 3~5 years’ experience in Sales or
Business Development in the Logistics field
- Bachelor degree in Marketing,
Economics or any related business course
- Master Degree is an advantage
- Proven track of sales background
and achievements
- Willing to work overtime or
weekends if required
- The candidates shall be
presentable and possess a professional attitude

- Excellent in verbal and written
communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional skills in
negotiations and has a winning attitude
